Finally! An iron on, heat transfer pen with a fine tip! Exclusively from Sublime Stitching. I developed these pens for embroidery artists like you, looking for creative solutions. These pens create delicate, visible, pattern lines that are easily covered by the tiniest stitches. Use these to transfer your own original designs to fabric! These also work perfectly for tracing and transferring PDF printout patterns and iron-on transfers that no longer imprint! The ink will transfer to pre-heated fabric (and also wood and cardstock) with a hot, dry iron.

  • .5mm nib
  • continuous ink flow (no pumping, shaking or ink globs)
  • transfers multiple times to pre-heated fabric with a hot iron
  • lines are easily hidden by tiny stitches

Please note: The YELLOW pen works best as a color fill marker, is visible only on white fabric, and does not work well for making visible contour (line) drawings.

Ink is permanent. Be sure to preview these results of each color after transfer. They do not appear on black fabric.

Any fresh copy paper will work with these pens. But if you need tracing paper, I recommended my Heavy Duty Tracing Paper for consistent results!

Chloe ★★★★★

I was worried these would be too thick for detailed work, but the fine tip glides smoothly along my traced lines without smudging. The set of five per color means I won’t run out mid-project, which is a huge plus for my embroidery stash.

Finally, a transfer pen that actually draws a clean, fine line—no more smudgy blobs ruining my embroidery designs. The pack of 5 per color is perfect for keeping multiple projects going at once.

Ella ★★★★☆

The fine tip actually lets me trace even the tiniest details in my patterns without smudging, which is a huge relief. Only wish the pack came with more than one color per set, but the line quality makes up for it.
